Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to a Partner.
- Manage a busy schedule and ensure efficient workflow.
- Produce high-quality audio-typed documentation (letters, reports, presentations).
- Maintain excellent client service and communication.
- Prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PA, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of private client practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive and motivated team player.
