Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to a Partner.
  • Manage a busy schedule and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Produce high-quality audio-typed documentation (letters, reports, presentations).
  • Maintain excellent client service and communication.
  • Prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PA, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of private client practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and motivated team player.
